RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer returns within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please note, you may return your product for store credit only.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• All Accessories are FINAL SALE
• We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns 

To initiate a return, please email shop@commonsageboutique.com with the following:

1. Order #
2. First and Last Name
3. The reason for the return

Additional Information: 

• Please allow 1-3 business days after we receive the product to process your return
• Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift card for you to use on our website
• The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end
